Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Daily Connect. By registering, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Daily Connect
Daily Connect is a membership-based platform for deep listening practice. It is operated by:

Daily Connect is not a therapeutic service, mental health platform, or medical product. It is a practice-based community built around the discipline of deep listening.
2. Eligibility and Access
You must be at least 18 years old to join Daily Connect.
Membership is application-based. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Daily Connect team.
Access to the platform is granted via a secure magic link sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for keeping this link confidential.
You may not share your account or access with any other person.
3. Membership and Payment
3.1 Membership tiers
Daily Connect offers three monthly membership tiers:
Practice — €10 per month
Sustain — €15 per month
Cultivate — €25 per month
All tiers provide equivalent access to the platform and practice community. Tier names reflect contribution level, not differentiated features.
3.2 Billing
Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
Payment is processed by Creem.io(Merchant of Record). By purchasing a membership, you also agree to Creem.io's Terms of Service.
All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.
You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
3.3 Price changes
We may adjust membership prices with at least 30 days' written notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings or by emailing hello@dailyconnect.co.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

5. Community Standards and Conduct
Daily Connect is built on the practice of deep listening. As a member, you agree to:
Engage with other members with care, respect, and honesty
Hold what is shared in sessions in confidence — what is heard in practice stays in practice
Refrain from offering unsolicited advice, interpretation, or feedback during sessions
Not record, screenshot, or share any part of a session or private communication without the explicit consent of all parties
Not use the platform to harass, demean, or harm other members in any way
Not use the platform to promote products, services, or external communities without prior team consent
Breach of community standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.
6. Confidentiality of Sessions
Sessions on Daily Connect are private conversations between two people. Both parties are bound by mutual confidentiality. You agree not to:
Record any session without the prior written consent of your practice partner
Share, publish, or discuss the content of another person's session without their explicit consent
Daily Connect does not record sessions. No audio or video from practice sessions is stored by us. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content produced by Daily Connect — including videos, written materials, course content, and brand assets — remains the intellectual property of Daily Connect and its creators.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any Daily Connect content without written permission.
Content you share as part of your participation (e.g. in application forms or feedback) remains yours. By sharing it, you grant Daily Connect a non-exclusive licence to use it internally for improving the platform.
8. Platform Availability
We aim to keep Daily Connect available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the platform offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
Daily Connect is provided in good faith as a practice community. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
We are not responsible for the actions, behaviour, or content shared by other members
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Daily Connect is limited to the total membership fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
10. Termination by Daily Connect
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership if:
A member breaches these Terms and Conditions or community standards
Continued membership poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of other members
Payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days
In cases of safety-related termination, no refund will be issued. In all other cases, we will refund any unused portion of the current billing period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany. EU residents retain the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify active members by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Daily Connect after notification constitutes acceptance.
