Join our free intro sessions. Details below.
What happens for you when someone really listens?
Daily Connect is a simple 15-minute virtual practice over our dedicated platform, informed by social neuroscience research, where two people meet, reflect on a moment of difficulty and gratitude from their day, and listen deeply without interruption or advice.
Every new member goes through an onboarding process so the community stays intentional and safe.
We offer a contribution-based membership model, starting from 10 EUR per month (11 USD | 8.50 GBP), with a two-week free trial to start.
Surprisingly powerful, and simple enough to become a daily ritual.

Daily Connect is a short, structured practice of deep listening between two people.
Each day, via the Daily Connect platform — accessible from your phone or computer, you meet your practice partner for 15 minutes on a video call.
One person shares about a moment of difficulty and then a moment of gratitude from the past 24 hours, noticing how each felt in the body. The other person listens — fully, without advice, commentary, or interruption. Then you switch.
The platform guides you through each step with timing and prompts, so you don't need to hold the structure in your head. Just show up.
Although the practice sounds simple, many people are surprised by how powerful it can be. Even after one or two sessions, participants often find they've reflected on their experiences more honestly than they normally do in everyday conversations.

Being deeply listened to is a rare experience.
In everyday conversations, we often interrupt, give advice, or shift the focus back to ourselves. Daily Connect uses a simple structure that protects the space for listening.
Participants reflect on two prompts:
a moment of difficulty from their day
a moment of gratitude
As a participant you are also invited to notice how these experiences are felt in the body, which helps move beyond the story of what happened and into a deeper understanding of the emotions.
The practice builds on more than a decade of contemplative and social neuroscience research, including work from the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences and the ReSource Project.
Research suggests that the Daily Connect practice can increase resilience, emotional awareness, empathy, and feelings of social connection.
-
Daily Connect is therapeutic, but it is not therapy.
There are no professionals involved, and participants don’t give each other advice or coaching. The practice is peer-to-peer.
However, many people find the experience deeply supportive because they are given the simple but powerful experience of being listened to with full attention.
For people familiar with mindfulness meditation, Daily Connect can feel complementary.
Meditation often trains attention and presence. Daily Connect brings that same quality of awareness into reflection on real experiences from your day, and to the experience of being in relationship with another person.
-
Participants are paired with a new person each week.
Pairings are random and can include anyone in the Daily Connect community — people from different countries, backgrounds, and walks of life.
Many participants find this to be one of the most meaningful parts of the practice. You may connect with someone you would never normally meet — someone from another generation, culture, or part of the world.
Despite these differences, the conversations often revolve around very human experiences: moments of difficulty, moments of gratitude, and the emotions we all encounter in everyday life.
Over time, many people say this helps them feel a deeper sense of shared humanity and connection with people beyond their usual circles.
-
The power of Daily Connect comes from repetition.
A single session can be meaningful, but the real impact emerges when the practice becomes part of daily life.
Fifteen minutes is short enough to fit into most schedules, yet long enough to create a meaningful space for reflection.
Many participants initially wonder whether they can make a commitment to practice regularly. But over time, it often becomes something people look forward to — a moment of grounding and connection in the middle of the day.

The platform is currently in English. The practice itself is wordless in structure — participants speak whatever language they and their partner share. If you're matched with someone who speaks a different language, let us know at and we will repair you.
-
We encourage daily practice (at least five days a week, Saturdays are optional) — that's where the depth comes from. But life happens. If you miss a day, that's okay. What matters is consistency over time, not perfection. If you need a week off, you can pause your membership without cancelling.
-
It happens occasionally. If your partner misses a session without notice, you don't need to do anything — just leave a note and we'll follow up. Repeated no-shows are taken seriously.
-
Daily Connect is for adults (18+) who are in a stable place emotionally. It is not designed for people in acute mental health crisis, and it is not a substitute for therapy or professional support. If you're unsure whether it's right for you at this moment, feel free to reach out before registering.
