Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want your experience with Daily Connect to be good. If it is not working for you, cancelling is simple and straightforward. This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work.

1. Cancelling Your Membership

How to cancel

  • Email us at hello@dailyconnect.co with your registered email address and the subject line "Cancellation request"

  • We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If your billing date is the 15th of the month and you cancel on the 3rd, your membership remains active until the 14th and you will not be charged again from the 15th.

You retain full access to the platform until the end of the period you have paid for.


2. Refunds

Standard policy

Daily Connect membership is billed monthly. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period — cancellation ends future billing, not the current period.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU law)

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, provided you have not yet accessed the service.

If you have accessed Daily Connect (logged in, attended a session, or used the app) after purchasing, you acknowledge that the service has commenced and the right of withdrawal no longer applies to the consumed portion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day window, contact us at hello@dailyconnect.co. We will process any applicable refund within 14 days.

Exceptional refunds

We will issue a full or partial refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • The app experienced significant technical outages that prevented you from using the service for more than 7 consecutive days

  • A billing error resulted in a duplicate or incorrect charge

  • You were charged after a confirmed cancellation due to a technical error on our side

To request an exceptional refund, email hello@dailyconnect.co with your registered email, the relevant charge date, and a brief description. We will respond within 5 business days.

Termination by Daily Connect

If we terminate your membership for reasons other than a breach of our Terms and Conditions (for example, if we discontinue the service), we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

If your membership is terminated due to a breach of community standards or Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued.


3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Creem.io, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider. If you have a dispute about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are always willing to resolve issues directly and promptly.


4. Free Trial or Promotional Periods

If Daily Connect offers a free trial or introductory promotional period at any point, the terms of that offer will be communicated clearly at signup. At the end of the trial, billing begins automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
